It's Week 3 of the 2014 CSA Share Ninja Rescue, in which you tell me what produce from your CSA share (or garden or farmers' market) you're struggling to use and I rescue you by offering a list of delicious, healthy recipes each Tuesday.
This week, we're tackling two of the most prolific early seasonal arrivals: chives and radishes.
And if you have something other than radishes and chives in your share this week, simply check out the recipe suggestions from the past three years of the CSA Share Ninja Rescue for additional recipe ideas.Radish Recipes

Now ... what produce can I help you with for next week's roundup? Leave a comment: The Ninj wants to know.
My chives are going crazy in my herb garden so your timing is perfect! Gotta put some of these recipes to the test. Loving your CSA shares posts, Ninj!
ReplyDeleteHave fun with the recipes, and thanks for checking out all the CSA posts, Bill!
DeleteI just read an article about herbs you should never buy - one of them was chives. They said all you had to do was find someone who had them in their garden - and they would be more than happy to share!
ReplyDeleteYou have no idea how true this is! Every year I dig up clumps of them to give away and every year I *still* have too many!
