I've got some cool recipes lined up to try this weekend, so be sure to check back next week. Until then, here's what I ate this week -- maybe it will tide you over.
- Gnocchi with broccoli fontina sauce -- super-quick, super-easy, super-yummy
- Red pepper soup -- so easy there's not really a recipe, just a couple of quick steps
- Chicken fatoush salad -- I used the 5-minute-a-day bread recipe to make a family-sized pita for this one, but you don't have to go all ninja on it; just buy some pitas (I'm also going to turn the leftovers, minus the pita, into a pizza tonight -- I love food recycling!)
I've made this with store-bought naked pita chips and no chicken (extra veggies) and it is delish! one of my favorite lunchs!
